GeoGuessr Auto Find: Automatic Location Detection Every Round
With most GeoGuessr hacks, you have to click a button every single round to get the answer. When you are playing a long session — 20, 30, 50 rounds — that gets tedious fast. Auto Find eliminates that friction entirely. Enable it once, and TrustGeo automatically extracts the coordinates every time a new GeoGuessr round loads. No clicking, no waiting, no interaction required. The answer just appears.
Auto Find is a Pro feature in the TrustGeo Chrome extension that transforms the experience from a manual tool into a passive assistant. It monitors GeoGuessr in the background and delivers instant results the moment each round begins. Combined with AutoPlace for automatic pin placement, it creates a near-zero-effort workflow for perfect scores.
What Is Auto Find?
Auto Find is an automation feature that listens for new coordinate data in the background. When GeoGuessr or OpenGuessr loads a new Street View panorama, the extension detects the API response containing the location coordinates. With Auto Find enabled, it automatically processes these coordinates without waiting for you to click the GUESS button.
The result is instant. As soon as the round loads, TrustGeo's side panel updates with:
- Exact GPS coordinates — latitude and longitude extracted from the game data.
- Reverse-geocoded address — country, city, and street name via reverse geocoding.
- Interactive map — embedded Google Maps view pinpointing the exact location.
- AI analysis — geographic context from your selected AI model.
How Auto Find Detects Coordinates
TrustGeo uses multiple coordinate extraction methods for maximum reliability. Auto Find leverages all of them simultaneously:
- XHR/Fetch interception — hooks into browser network requests to catch Google Maps API metadata responses containing the exact panorama coordinates.
- localStorage monitoring — polls for coordinate data stored by the game page, validating timestamps to ensure freshness.
- PostMessage channel — listens for coordinate messages from content scripts injected into the game page.
- Google Maps DOM inspection — scans page elements for Google Maps instances with position data.
- Leaflet map detection — for OpenGuessr, detects Leaflet map instances and reads their center coordinates.
This multi-layered approach means Auto Find works reliably regardless of how GeoGuessr or OpenGuessr delivers the location data. If one method fails, the others serve as fallbacks.
Auto Find vs. Manual GUESS Button
Without Auto Find, you need to click the GUESS button in TrustGeo's side panel every round. This works perfectly for casual play, but it adds a manual step that interrupts your flow — especially in time-pressured modes like Duels or Battle Royale.
With Auto Find enabled, the workflow changes completely:
Without Auto Find: Round loads → you click GUESS → wait for extraction → see result → place pin.
With Auto Find: Round loads → result appears instantly → place pin (or let AutoPlace handle it).
The time saved per round is small — maybe 2-3 seconds — but over a full session it adds up significantly. More importantly, it removes cognitive overhead. You never have to think "did I click the button?" because Auto Find has already done it.
Setting Up Auto Find
Auto Find is controlled by a simple toggle checkbox in TrustGeo's bottom bar, labeled "Auto Find". Here is how to set it up:
1. Install TrustGeo from the Chrome Web Store.
2. Open the TrustGeo side panel on GeoGuessr or OpenGuessr.
3. Check the "Auto Find" checkbox in the bottom bar.
4. Play normally — coordinates appear automatically at the start of each round.
Your Auto Find preference is saved to Chrome's local storage, so it persists between sessions. If you close and reopen your browser, Auto Find stays enabled. You can toggle it off at any time by unchecking the box.
Auto Find + AutoPlace + Bot Mode
Auto Find is powerful on its own, but it becomes transformative when combined with other TrustGeo Pro features:
- Auto Find + AutoPlace: Coordinates are extracted automatically, and the pin is placed automatically. You only need to click the submit button.
- Auto Find + AutoPlace + Bot Mode: On OpenGuessr, Bot Mode adds automatic submit button clicking, creating a fully hands-free gameplay loop.
This stack of automation features is what makes TrustGeo the most advanced GeoGuessr hack extension available. No other tool offers this depth of automation from a single Chrome extension.
Works on All Game Modes
Auto Find works on every GeoGuessr game mode — Classic, Daily Challenge, Battle Royale, Duels, Streaks, Explorer mode, and community maps. It also works on all OpenGuessr modes. Any time the game loads a Street View or Leaflet panorama, Auto Find catches the coordinates.
This makes it particularly useful for fast-paced modes where speed matters. In Battle Royale Distance, for example, every second counts. Having the answer ready the moment the round loads gives you a massive advantage over players who are still looking at road signs.
Start Using Auto Find
Auto Find is included in the TrustGeo Pro plan alongside AutoPlace, Bot Mode, all AI models, and 10,000 monthly guesses — all for $5/month. Start with the free plan to test TrustGeo's manual features, then upgrade when you are ready for full automation.
